泥漿不落地系統(tǒng),又被稱作鉆井廢棄物處理系統(tǒng)、巖屑不落地系統(tǒng)、鉆屑不落地系統(tǒng)、隨鉆泥漿不落地處理系統(tǒng)。
泥漿不落地的目的:
隨著環(huán)保要求的提高,以往那種將泥漿鉆井液直接掩埋做法已經(jīng)不符合環(huán)保要求;在以往鉆井過程中添加的化學制劑(如重晶石)等也存在大量浪費的現(xiàn)象。所以泥漿不落地系統(tǒng)主要目的是為了解決將廢棄鉆井液固化、運輸?shù)街付ǖ攸c處理和回收鉆井液中有用材料(如油基泥漿中的石油)。
鉆井液泥漿不落地的設備集合:
泥漿不落地系統(tǒng)根據(jù)鉆井液泥漿的種類可分為:水基泥漿不落地處理系統(tǒng)和油基泥漿不落地處理系統(tǒng)兩大類。其中水基泥漿不落地的設備包括:高速鉆井液離心機(配螺桿泵)、鉆井液干燥篩、鉆井液壓濾機、螺旋輸送機、加藥單元、泥漿罐和巖屑箱。油基泥漿不落地的設備包括:高速鉆井液離心機(配螺桿泵)、鉆屑干燥機(也稱巖屑干燥機、巖屑甩干機、鉆屑甩干機)、加藥裝置、螺旋輸送機、巖屑箱。
泥漿鉆井液不落地的處理流程:
水基泥漿不落地:待處理的泥漿通過管匯輸送到鉆井液干燥篩上處理,處理后的泥漿通過螺桿泵進入鉆井液離心機,進一步處理,處理后的泥漿進入泥漿罐攪拌再一次注入到泥漿循環(huán)系統(tǒng)中。而處理過程中留下來的廢棄物通過螺旋輸送機輸送到鉆井液壓濾機中進一步干燥,最后從壓濾機中出來的固體物塊被送到巖屑箱中拖出場地進行掩埋或者其他處理。
油基泥漿不落地:待處理的鉆井液泥漿被輸送到鉆屑干燥機(巖屑干燥機、巖屑甩干機、鉆屑甩干機)上,處理后的鉆井液泥漿輸送到鉆井液離心機中進一步處理,鉆井液離心機處理完畢后的泥漿液體被重新注入到泥漿循環(huán)系統(tǒng)中。處理過程后的廢棄物被運送到巖屑箱中。
